FOXBITE Sponge Toolkit for Miniature Painting — 190 Reusable Sponges & Tools

Different sponge textures leave different marks. The FOXBITE Sponge Toolkit includes 190 washable sponges for smooth color transitions, stippling, chipping and weathering on miniatures, scale models, busts and terrain.
Use the soft blending sponges to build color gradually, then switch to open-cell foam for more visible texture. The silicone palette, sponge grabber and masking tools help you load paint, control the application and protect areas as you work.
From smooth blends to coarse texture
The soft teardrops and mini cubes have a fine surface for blending and controlled stippling. Use the rounded sides for broader areas, or the tips and corners for smaller details.
The light gray 40 PPI texture sponges have larger pores and leave more open, irregular marks for chipped paint, rust and worn surfaces.
The black 60 PPI texture sponges leave finer marks for smaller chips and subtle surface variation. Paint load, pressure and spacing all affect the result.
Compressed cellulose sheets
Add water and the thin sheets expand into soft cellulose sponges. Squeeze out the excess and place one in the center section of the palette.
Use it to dampen your painting sponge and dab off excess paint before touching the model. You can also cut the cellulose into smaller shapes and apply paint directly with it for the coarsest, most open texture in the set. When dry, it provides a surface for unloading a brush before dry brushing.
Palette and painting tools
The flexible silicone palette has separate wells for holding and mixing paint. Some paint pots fit snugly into the larger wells to help prevent spills. Once acrylic paint dries, flex the wells to loosen and remove it.
The claw-style sponge grabber holds small pieces during painting. Position the tip, rounded side or flat edge to suit the area you’re working on.
Use the double-ended silicone tool for mixing paint and shaping putty. The metal tip helps position putty in recesses, tidy masking edges and clear clogged paint-bottle nozzles.
Reusable masking putty
The included 30 g masking putty covers areas you want to keep free of paint. Shape it around details, follow panel edges or form camouflage patterns. Use the tool to press it into place, paint around the mask, then lift it away and save it for another session.

Cleaning and care
Lightly dampen the soft blending sponges when needed and squeeze out excess water before loading paint. Dab off the excess, then build the application gradually.
Wash before acrylic paint dries inside the sponge. FOXBITE Brush Soap, sold separately, can be used for cleaning. Rinse thoroughly and allow everything to air dry before closing the organizer. Some staining may remain; check that no paint transfers before reusing.
Wash the palette and microfiber cloth after use. Paint, brushes, miniatures and paint pots shown in demonstrations are not included.
